Ventures are doing an overnight Bivvy/Camp and backwoods activity in Larch Hill Scout centre this Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October. Parents to drop Scouts at Larch Hill for 3pm on Saturday and collect Sunday at 12pm, midday. On this camp we will be practising the following skills:

• Fire lighting and building
• Shelter building
• Preparing and cooking game (multiple methods)
• Tracking and catching game (we won't be catching any just learning techniques)

Cost: There will be a small fee for this event since Larch Hill Camp fees, purchase of game (rabbits), food and consumables need to be budgeted for. The final amount is TBD but will be no more than €20 / head.
