Best of luck to Mary-Liz McGrath, James Colton, Conor Flanagan and Suzie Rafter who be representing 6th Meath Ashbourne at the World Scout Jamboree in Japan!

Special mention to Mary-Liz who has been chosen to represent all the Scouts of Ireland at the Hiroshima Peace ceremony to mark the 70th anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. Mary-Liz will bring paper cranes made by Scouts all over Ireland as a symbol of peace and in memory of those who died.

This promises to be an unforgettable experience and we look forward to your many tales upon your safe return to Ashbourne 17th August!
