Scouting is a truly international family and so it always pays to bring your necker with you while you're on holiday! That's just what some of 6th Meath's leaders did while on their Summer holiday in Crete. As it turned out Girl Guides from all over Crete were on camp in the neighbouring village. We talked about scouting and guiding in Ireland vs Greece. It was a very interesting experience and we learned a lot from it. Thank you to the leaders of Girl Guides in Crete for you hospitality! If any of the Girl Guides or their leaders are ever in Ireland we would like to make them welcome to come and visit 6th Meath Ashbourne.
